Casa Del Rey Chapel & Cantina Use
The Event Space at La Palmilla was created as a gathering space dedicated to the worship and glory of Jesus Christ. In keeping with this sacred purpose, we carefully consider how the event space is utilized to ensure it remains a place that honors His name and presence.
The Event Space at La Palmilla is a consecrated space, anointed for the worship of Jesus Christ. While all are warmly welcomed to visit and experience its peace, love, mercy, and compassion:
At La Palmilla Texas we value each person’s individual rights and liberties under our constitution and as an organization we also honor the sanctity of the Event Space as a space devoted to worship and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
All individuals are invited and welcomed to the Hotel; however, we prayerfully assess each request for our event space to ensure its use aligns with our purpose as a sanctuary dedicated to Jesus Christ.
We respectfully reserve and exercise our right to decline event requests for corporate events, retreats, celebrations, ceremonies, or rituals that do not align with our belief of the biblical spirit of worship and the views of the organization. For this reason, same sex marriages, among other discretionary types of gatherings and ceremonies are respectfully declined.
Cantina Use
Cantina Rental
Cantina Rental is 10-Midnight. You cannot start setting up until 10am and you must have everything out by Midnight. Including the clearing of trash and décor from tables.

Vendors
Guests are encouraged, but not required to use our vendors
Event Bartending
Events prior to July 1st may book their own bartending service. After July 1st the purchase and service of alcohol will be booked through La Palmilla
Hotel Blocks and Bridal Suite Policy
Bridal Suite
The Bridal Suite is included for day use matching the rental hours of your booking
Room Blocks
We only include room blocks for the night of the Event Date booked
Room Block Release
Room blocks will be released 90days prior to your Event Date to the public (unless you agreed to guarantee them)
Private Booking Link
We can create a private booking link for you to share with guests to book their own rooms
Room Reservations
You will make reservations for the rooms you personally want to utilize and will be charged at checkout (standard hotel procedure)
Hotel Buyout
Hotel Buyout is enforced for Outdoor Receptions, you can still have your guests secure reservations to alleviate the cost, but you will be responsible for any un-booked rooms.
Hotel Buyout
We offer a 15% discount when you select a buyout or book 2 nights
